Seeking Submissions for the KWHSS Proceedings
As is the tradition with the Known World Heraldic and Scribal Symposium (KWHSS), the event also compiles the annual KWHSS Proceedings to coincide with the event.
If you want your handouts, papers, spreadsheets, databases, artwork, and amazing things to live virtually on the http://heraldry.sca.org/kwhss/ website (and don’t let the “heraldry” URL fool you, this resource is for the scribal arts, too!) please e-mail proceedings@kwhss.lochac.sca.org before 24th July 2020 with your work and a copy of the SCA Inc. “Creative Work Copyright Assignment / Grant of Use” form, available at: https://www.sca.org/resources/document-library/releasecreativefillable/
The proceedings will then be put online at http://heraldry.sca.org/kwhss/ for anyone in the Known World to see!
If you did not present a class, we would still love to hear from you. If you have an article or other piece you think would be a good fit for the proceedings (see http://heraldry.sca.org/kwhss/ for what has been included in previous years), we will be accepting submissions until 24 July 2020.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that they are the originators of the work they submit, or have the permission of the actual copyright holder (e.g. for illustrations) to submit the material for publication. We also prefer receiving articles as PDF files.
